What should I expect from my builders?

Here at Substructure Developments Ltd, we recommend that you ask your builders right at the start of the project for a timeframe of when they plan things to be completed.  Of course, things can go wrong, and there may be interruptions along throughout the project, but this should give you an idea of how long it will take.

Qualifications 

You should never be hesitant to request proof of your builder's accreditations and qualifications. Many builders will proudly display their qualifications and explain which accreditations they hold as well as how they are governed as a business. There are a lot of factors to consider when it comes to hiring the right builders who will be building your new home extension. 

The most important thing to remember is that you should learn more about the company you are hiring and how they can help you. You should not be hesitant to inquire about previous work they have completed as this will give you peace of mind.
