Where glazing or doors are replaced, the work is handled under applicable regulations, and all electrical and gas work is carried out to applicable regulations.
Exterior and ancillary works include re-pointing, render repairs, roofing repairs, patios, decking and garden room finishes. Sub Build Ltd manages planning and building control applications when required, arranges scaffolding and offers on-site plant hire to speed up groundwork and material handling.
